A Flooded Basement from a Sump Pump Failure

Heavy rains caused the sump pump to overwork and eventually malfunctioned and burned out.  SERVPRO pumped out the basement and set up drying equipment.  The SERVPRO crew assisted the customer with inventory of the contents that got water damaged.

After a heavy rainstorm, a local store suffered terrible ceiling damage from the rain waters. SERVPRO was able to remove the damage parts of the ceiling and dry out the ceiling underneath so that dangerous mold and mildew would not grow and destroy the ceiling any further.

You never expect your sewer to back up all over the basement when it rains- but it happens all of the time. This family's basement bathroom suffered a sewer backup. SERVPRO was able to come within 24 hours to clean up the sewage and disinfect the entire area. The home is safe and sound again.
